Anjena Seewooruthun

Ms Anjena Seewooruthun, our Change Management domain specialist, has over 15 years of work experience in transformation projects.

With a proven track record in project management and change management, she has led major change operations in the Indian Ocean region, African and Southeast Asia regions for private and public entities.

She has experience managing change in digital transformation projects, business process re-engineering and organisational restructure across different sectors.

Working with different levels of the organisation, from the people impacted by change to the project sponsors, she co-creates customised change strategies with organisations. For a smooth transition to new ways of work, her focus is on the people side of change: it involves preparing, engaging, equipping, and supporting people to adopt changes.
