Ms Chong Pai Ling, our Data Governance and Digital Identity domain specialist, has accumulated a wealth of experience specializing in data management, data governance and data mart/warehouse implementation for Government projects.

She has a strong background in People Data Management and national statistics initiatives for the Whole-of-Government with the Singapore government. She has notable contributions to various government projects, such as the national identification card projects, immigration and passport projects, and workforce/manpower projects.

Her consultancy extends to various parts of the world, including countries in Malaysia, Fiji, Mauritius, and China. Her expertise in data governance, analysis, cleansing, and e-government solutions contributes to the projects’ successful implementation.

Her recent work involved driving digital transformation initiatives. She played essential roles in aligning strategies with governmental plans, facilitating data sharing across ministries, citizens, and businesses, and aiding agencies in reengineering business processes to deliver standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality improvement programmes to enhance digital service accessibility.
