Lim Swee Kim

Mr Lim Swee Kim, our Business Strategy and Reform domain specialist, has more than 25 years of experience in business process management, change management, IT service management, software development and quality management.

Internationally, he has conducted various workshops and trainings to help Government of Fiji in streamlining their processes for e-government services and improving their Ease of Doing Business ranking. He has also provided assistance to the advisor of the Government of Tanzania to help define the country e-Government masterplan including development of ICT competencies and strategy for e-Government blueprint implementation. In Vietnam, he conducted numerous workshops for the Danang city to identify key changes and impacts for the implementation of Danang ICT HR masterplan.

In Singapore, he worked with leading organisations in both public and private sectors such as Singapore Workforce Development Agency, Institute for Adult Learning, Infocomm Asia Holdings, Singapore Exchange, Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Home Affairs, Central Provident Fund Board, Central Narcotics Bureau and National Computer Board in enhancing their business processes, information delivery and management capabilities. He holds a Master of Applied Science from Nanyang Technological University. Full qualifications in Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), AIIM Business Process Management (BPM) Master Certification and Certification in CobiT® Foundation.
