He has more than 20 years’ experience in operations management, project management, change management, quality management and capacity building programs.

With strategic mindset and deep understanding of global operations, Navin has successfully executed programs and projects across diverse regions. His ability to navigate challenging environments and leverage resources effectively has consistently resulted in the desired outputs and outcomes. Navin holds prestigious certifications as a Prince2 Practitioner, PMP and ITIL4, which attest to his exceptional skills in project management and expertise in implementing ITIL best practices to optimize service delivery, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, he is a highly skilled Change Management expert, having obtained certifications in Managing for Change from The Learning Works UK, as well as the Change Management Certificate from the Association of Talent Development (ATD) Education. These qualifications underscore his proficiency in driving successful organizational transformations.
